We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our already talented and collaborative marketing group in Franktown, CO (between Parker and Castle Rock, CO).

Purpose: Owns and executes on the full life-cycle of various digital marketing projects company wide, including but not limited to Facebook, website usability, and reputation management efforts. Exercise discretion and independent judgment to propose, develop, implement, and evaluate digital marketing materials and efforts. Partners with team members to support and continuously improve Monarch’s marketing functionality and effectiveness.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate digital and print materials, including but not limited to:
    • making recommendations for improvement,
    • local property maps, floor plans, amenity brochures, outreach brochures,
    • Home office digital marketing efforts as needed
  • Create and/or improve images, logos, and any other collateral materials as needed
  • Review seasonal and event materials created by local teams, making recommendations for improvement and usability
  • Own and manage all aspects of property Facebook listings, including but not limited to:
    • managing sponsored ads, reporting on ad performance,
    • making changes to design, layout, and functionality, and
    • taking advantage of creative market opportunities as they arise
  • Own and manage efforts to improve site website usability, including but not limited to conducting regular audits, updating content as needed, and developing creative solutions to issues
  • Drive Reputation Management efforts forward, including but not limited to:
    • Managing review platforms, conducting audits, interpreting data, and troubleshooting issues
    • Identifying opportunities and making recommendations for improvement
    • Owning or partnering with team members on all reputation management projects and deliverables as needed

 Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

  • 1-year minimum digital marketing experience or equivalent
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Graphic Design, or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in social media platforms and Craigslist
  • Some advertising experiences
  • Expert in all Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Animoto, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in Photography
