Monarch Investment is actively interviewing for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Franktown, CO (a quaint little town located between Parker and Castle Rock, CO).

Purpose: Assists the marketing team, focusing on the development of digital marketing materials

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze digital and print materials being used at communities and make recommendations, including but not limited to property maps, floor plans, amenity brochures, outreach brochures, image creation, logos and any other collateral materials needed by the property
  • Review/proofread seasonal or event materials created by properties for local distribution
  • Facebook: claim & manage all property listings. Manage sponsored ads & reporting of ad performance
  • Conduct website audits and update website content when needed
  • Manage Reputation Management review platforms. Assist with all reputation management projects as needed
  • Develop and assist with MIMG Corporate digital needs
  • Consistent and sustained adherence to Monarch Professional Behavioral standards
  • Additional assignments and projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required (unless otherwise noted):

  • Digital marketing/advertising experience preferred
  • Knowledgeable in social media platforms and Craigslist
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Animoto, etc.
  • Able to work independently or in an office setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Marketing/Communications/Graphic Design Major preferred
  • Excellent organization skills
  • At least 1+ year experience in digital marketing
  • The ability to adapt to a fast paced, high-energy office environment
  • Marketing major or experience preferred
  • Photography Knowledge preferred
