Monarch Investments is looking for a Full-time Receptionist to join our team at Brookwood Apartments in South Indianapolis. We are offering $13 - 15 an hour PLUS perks and benefits!

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greets and assists all prospective or current residents who enter community
  • Ensures model and target apartments are acceptable for showing
  • Handles all data entry and information management in multiple platforms
  • Answers and directs incoming messages and communication via phones, email, fax, etc.
  • Organizes and stores files, faxes, and other documents as appropriate maintains
  • Schedules appointments as necessary
  • Follows up with leads and prospects
  • Consistent and sustained adherence to Monarch Professional Behavioral Standards
  • Performs special projects and other assignments as needed 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
  • Excellent computer skills, actively demonstrating how to navigate, use, and solve problems via software
  • Good communication skills, actively demonstrating professional maturity and how to express themselves and their ideas clearly and concisely, regardless of communication method (phone, in person, email, etc.)
  • Strong detail and customer service 
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, actively demonstrating how to prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and manage time appropriately based on priority
